She has led multi-disciplinary teams in exploration and business development projects in different countries. Gesa was also involved in large international projects in global exploration as well as on strategic corporate level. He gained more than 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry focusing on well integrity and well intervention. Khaidir developed a strong technical knowledge as a Staff Engineer focusing on well intervention. He is an expert in well integrity operations, with a specialization in the monitoring, diagnosis, and repair of wellbore gas migration issues. Will is the President of the Canadian WIAS, and sits as a member of several technical committees including well integrity management and well design with the Canadian Standards Association.
